Frequently asked questions

What is The Postmarked heART?

The Postmarked heART is a collectible monthly mail subscription centered around original watercolor artwork, storytelling, and thoughtfully curated keepsakes delivered directly to your mailbox.

Each monthly delivery begins with an original painting created in Lana Cease’s studio and is transformed into a layered mail experience featuring fine art prints, personal letters, nostalgic paper ephemera, playlists, and carefully designed extras meant to be opened, appreciated slowly, and collected.

Rather than focusing on a single ongoing fictional story, Postmarked heART explores emotion, memory, nostalgia, beauty, and human connection through artful correspondence and tactile storytelling.

How much does The Postmarked heART cost?

The Postmarked heART is available as a monthly subscription for $14.95/month within the United States.

International subscriptions are available for $16.95/month to select countries. Available destinations and shipping eligibility can be viewed during checkout.

For collectors and long-term subscribers, prepaid 6-month and 12-month subscription options are also available at a discounted rate.

Shipping is included with your subscription.

Because Postmarked heART is mailed primarily as a letter rather than a parcel, international orders typically do not incur customs or duty fees, though regulations may vary by country.

When will I be charged and when are mailings sent?

The Postmarked heART operates on a monthly subscription cycle.

Subscription renewals are processed on the 15th of each month, and mailings are typically assembled and shipped during the third week of the month from Florida.

New subscribers who join before the 15th will receive the current month’s mailing. Subscriptions placed after the 15th will begin with the following month’s collection.

Because each delivery is assembled by hand and travels through standard postal mail, delivery timing may vary slightly depending on location and seasonal postal volume.

How do I update my billing information?

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

Prepaid 6-month and 12-month subscriptions are non-refundable once the subscription term has begun.

Address changes can be made through your customer account portal. If you need assistance, please contact us from the contact link above.

Will I receive tracking information?

To help keep subscriptions affordable and preserve the traditional letter-mail experience, most Postmarked heART deliveries are sent using standard stamped mail and do not include tracking.

Is this a recurring subscription?

Yes. Postmarked heART is a recurring monthly subscription that automatically renews each month unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Prepaid 6-month and 12-month subscription options are also available for collectors who prefer a longer-term subscription experience.

What if my letter doesn’t arrive?

Because The Postmarked heART is mailed through standard postal service rather than parcel shipping, occasional delays can happen.

If your letter has not arrived within 14 business days (U.S.) or 21 business days (international) after the monthly mailing window, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Where are the letters made?

Each Postmarked heART delivery is thoughtfully designed and assembled in the United States using original artwork created in Lana Cease’s Florida studio.
