Shipping policy
The Postmarked heART is assembled and mailed by hand from Florida, USA.
Monthly subscriptions renew on the 15th of each month, and mailings are typically shipped during the third week of the month through standard postal mail.
Because most Postmarked heART deliveries are mailed as stamped letter mail rather than parcels, tracking information is generally not included.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- United States: approximately 7–14 business days
- International: approximately 14–21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on postal volume, weather conditions, customs processing, and destination country.
International subscribers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import charges required by their country, though most standard letter mail does not incur additional fees.

All shipments are sent to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and updated prior to the monthly renewal date. Postmarked heART is not responsible for inaccurate mailing addresses provided by the customer.
