Refund policy

Because The Postmarked heART contains collectible printed artwork, limited-edition materials, and subscription-based mailings, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on mailed subscription deliveries.

Prepaid subscription plans are non-refundable once the subscription term has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or if you experience a significant issue with your delivery, please contact us through the Contact page within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate prior to renewal and shipment dates. The Postmarked heART is not responsible for mail delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Because most deliveries are sent through standard postal mail, tracking information may not be included.

Subscription cancellations apply to future billing cycles only and do not retroactively refund previously processed subscription payments.
