By purchasing a subscription from The Postmarked heART, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Postmarked heART is a recurring subscription service featuring collectible art mail, printed artwork, written correspondence, and curated paper goods created and assembled in the United States.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Customers may manage or cancel subscriptions through their customer account portal. Prepaid subscription terms are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Because many shipments are sent through standard stamped mail, tracking information may not be included.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. The Postmarked heART is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

All artwork, written content, branding, designs, and materials are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Lana Cease unless otherwise noted. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, or resold without written permission.

We reserve the right to modify subscription offerings, pricing, policies, or product availability at any time.
